Partners United for Life Saving Education (PULSE) is a private, nonprofit organization founded in 2014 with a mission to provide affordable healthcare education to Whitehall and the surrounding communities. As local needs grew, so did our commitment to serve. When the demand for ambulance services arose, PULSE stepped forward to establish Jefferson Valley EMS and Rescue (JVEMSR), ensuring reliable emergency medical care for our region.

Today, PULSE—doing business as JVEMSR—delivers essential 911 response, community education, interfacility transfers, and Community Integrated Health (CIH) services. With a dedicated team of more than 40 EMS and CIH professionals, we take great pride in our rigorous training standards and our unwavering commitment to answering every call
